OK, throw rocks at me if you want. Let's say, just for argument's sake, that Wall Street is beginning to think that Bush won't be re-elected. OK, so what do you do? You speculate into what might be a Democratic president's game plan. Optical networks. Broadband. Wireless. Legislation that makes all that futuristic stuff come alive again.
Is that what I'm seeing here, or have I really gone off the deep end?
