"Once again how would the FDA allow a company to file a BLA WITHOUT a positive outcome????"

It is Dna calling it "CONTINGENT", and that was my report, you are reading beyond, anyway I copy the same paragraph, so where is the "confusing people" part of it, it just shows your anxious state regarding the issue.

"Obviously you are confusing people which I am sure is unintentional."

Mr greenie, if you could read the paragraph from Dna, you could read from my post clearly, and your continuing reference to "how would they file a Bla without a positive outcome" is ludicrous. Just go back to post 15873.

I did not question (never had) but have celebrated the efficacy of Xanelim, and your critic is a non issue whatsoever.

"It sure is a shame when you reduce this board to the point where I have to go to the source to clear up your bungling jargon."

Cantankerous, but kute!

"LOL Do you also see where the statement says BY the fourth quarter???"

Short memory does not a brilliant Q4 mades, especially after 2 delays I do not see the big deal. I should remind you that your celebrate 2002 Q4 Bla filing sent the stock already from their double digits highs to the present pitiful miserable $4, bungling indeed how the double delays failures are now caused for your enthusiastic ????s.
Of course, not a single real statement could come from that kind of bungling !!!!

In any case, "by Q4" seems more intended to lawyers digestion than to the Fda, Could Dna use "on Q4" to decrease confusion !!!

xomaDna used to say "by the end of the year", now it is "by the fourth quarter of this year"... That is the only improvement.

I own Dna, xolair/xanelim my initial interest, now is Avastin saving the day (so far, lets see what the data shows in the coming months).
