No, I never said anything about rates of increase, or generalized about economic cycles. I said, when cyclical stocks top out, it's the top of the cycle and they're dirt cheap on a PE basis. Look at the homebuilders, same thing. I don't know why you argue this point, it's freakin one of the first things you learn about cyclical stocks....... IF you study them.
