TYC: What news is out that would cause value managers to sell their stock today? I don't see any news release, only rumors from briefing.com.

Price drop alone shouldn't panic professional value investors into blind selling.

... Otoh, maybe the sharp, surprising drop ought to stop people from buying any more right now, at least until there's some understanding why the drop.
