Dear Bill:

Own some shares @ $3.00 or so. Bought because K-Mart was trading at $9 at the time and I cant tell the difference from a K-Mart and a Caldor. Both sell the same stuff. Employees are not helping the situation here in Conn. But what does one expect from 17 to 21yr olds. Service is not a forte. I am just hoping that mgmt. is serious about getting the company back on track. Apart from not opening a few stores as planned in NY, I don't have any info.
