craig, that is b/c the atkins diet is way more popular than the zone diet - and a lot older. of course he gets more credit. not to mention atkins is more extreme when it comes to carbos. the article was clear that ketones are a secondary source of brain fuel. what is the primary source? i know... ;-) relax, i'm not your enemy. there is room for both.
