If you are convinved that the world econmy is going to do well, and I agree with you, then copper is the place to be. I don't play commodities but I am very long First Quantum listed on the TSX and London. Symbol FM in Toronto.
The newspapers and media in general are full of doom and gloom when writing about markets.
