HEARTSOFT SIGNS INTENT AGREEMENT TO PUBLISH CD-ROM SOFTWARE FOR ZOOBOOKS.
TULSA, Oklahoma, July 18, 1996 -- Today, Heartsoft, Inc. (NASD OTC: HTSF), signed a Letter of Intent with Wildlife Education, Ltd., publisher of the successful Zoobooks line of childrenOs magazines to produce interactive multimedia CD-ROM products for both Windows and Macintosh computers.
The definitive licensing agreement between Heartsoft and Wildlife is anticipated to be completed with the next 30 days and the product development will begin shortly thereafter.
OOur initial release under the Zoobooks name will be 6 CD-ROM titles which will be developed using HeartsoftOs proprietary Knowledge Construction Set authoring system,O said Benjamin Shell, Heartsoft Chairman and C.E.O.
