Hi, same here. I'm paying $300 a month for the full package and its reliability is really going down. When it works its really great, but... The market maker screens were even showing bids higher than asks today. They never adjust their prices for splits. They never fix "bad" prices in the data stream And they've teamed up with not the best "value" provider for their trading link. They really need to dump UUNET if they can, or else find a non UUNET backup. I receive tons of "Receive Terminate From Server" that they claim is our fault but never happens on another site. They take your money but won't discuss giving you a credit if they're down for a day. Looking for alternatives to a complete service (quotes, charts, technical studies, and level II)
