Hello James, To my knowledge the option agreement with LF has been terminated. A news release to this effect should be out later today. The company was just unable to raise enough money in this post Brex market. On a brighter, more exciting note, apparently they are in negotiations with another party to aquire a larger or sole interest in another Chilean property. It is a similar story to the other property, as far as the locals mining sections in the sides of the hills etc. They are extracting decent quantities with primative meens, which is a hell of a good sign. Something to the affect of this property should also be mentioned in the release. Hang in there, this could get very interesting. By the way, they have passsed up a fair amount of land offers already after doing their DD, which indicates that they will not just settle for land anywhere. They are looking for the best that they can get with the present meens they have available. They are also guaranteed through mutual agreement that LF will help MXR gather another property in the region as well. It isn't all bad news folks.........stay tuned
