It would appear they played some games to keep cash above $1 B and close to $1.1 B. Total debt increased by $100 MM and current portion by that same amount.

I was looking at that as well. While I still don't know exactly what's going on, there is a third variable that may need to be taken into account, "Property, plant and equipment, net", which went up.
