Maurice, looks like Bernie was trying to get the share price above a buck today to prevent delisting, but like all of his empty schemes it failed. I guess to a new retail investor an order for 56 satellites must look like a home run. Especially when you consider the entire industry has only received an order for one this year. I suspect institutions came in and shorted the stock back down since they know the order will be canceled during the BK proceedings. What a fraud!! Read it here: biz.yahoo.com I can't imagine why they said Financial terms weren't disclosed. Bernie, you really should be ashamed for pulling this type of crap on the investment community. This speaks volumes about you character !!
