They are out of real cash taxes to get back based on my review of the recent cash flow statements and breakeven seems like it will not move much from $900 MM area (can move down some if finish more chips this quarter and hence more cost moved into inventory although the resultant increase in inventory from this move eats cash) (can move down from 130 nm) (can move up based on more chips sold). They will probably write off tax assets in next few quarters by reserving for them (except for the portion which is refundable - ~$130 MM of which all or most of it is now spoken for). Once they do that, the tax rate goes to essentially 0% until they start making money and using up NOLs (varies a little because of state and foreign taxes as well as the result of the German subsidies).
