There was one identical to what I purchased for the last house I build a few years ago. It was included in a 40% sale, but it was out of stock. At 40% off it would been about $15 more than the one I got at Homebase. I found twice the selection at Lowe's and spent a lot less money than I would have at HD. I suppose anecdotal shopping experiences aren't enough to create a statistical universe, but I do think there are enough red flags in the filings to make this one a good potential scandal stock from the short side. We'll see. Good luck on your projects.
