That is some inspired writing. I almost want to go out and buy more. I think you are right about TXN. The number of patents they have pending suggest that their collaboration with RMTR is not as new as the licensing agreement would suggest.

It's funny that someone on Yahoo mentioned the litigation pending between NSM and RMTR. I searched through NSM 10Q and 10K and nowhere can I find mention of RMTR or ferroelectrics. It's amazing that a company so far removed from ferroelectric research still can claim these patents as their own. RMTR is first to invent without dispute, but ownership of the patents is still undecided. I guess we'll have to wait to see what the Appeals court has to say.
