Excel Asset Management: PP for Kensington.

I (or rather, on my advice, my brother) tried to participate in the $1.25 PP of Kensington through Excel Asset Management. As you know, the PP fell through, and Kensington returned the money.

On May 30, we sent a fax to Excel to request the return of the money which Excel had received back from Kensington. For more than six weeks now I am getting the run around.
As of today, Excel has not given the money back. Excel acknowledges that I am due the money, but I am even not getting a clear statement about the schedule of the repayment.

I am looking for people in the same situation so that we can coordinate our efforts to put pressure on Excel. This posting is the first step.

If the problem does not get resolved very soon, I will post more details on the Internet and will take additional steps.

Please reply on this forum or privately at fsauer@scr.siemens.com.

Regards

Frank Sauer
