It would be a start if they were to allow to do it. All the state lotteries are now transmited in a closed system. The concept would not be that much different from what they have execpt for to software necessary. But as BB said about a week ago they will not have their financing on line for several months, then they must order recieve and install their server. Get it up and running we are talking months down the line. Thats posiblly just the time it will take him to get out of the stock if past performance is to be taken into account. (I have heard on the radio that this is his pattern. I doubt other radio host would open themselves up to being suied if it were not true. Phil
