The 144 is a public notification that the insider intends to sell. When I see a 144 filed on a stock I own, I take notice. (OTOH, a Form 4 does nothing for me, since they are always filed well after the sales.)

Bush notified outside shareholders through his 144 in a timely manner. The rest is just a sleazy personal attack.
