Option, I wouldn't say that the stock sucks any more than the rest of the biotech sector today. I own four biotechs and all were down except BTGC, which oddly enough is the only one with drug sales and profitability (extremely rare in biotech). I did talk to LGND investor relations today and frankly, if I had to make any decision based on the information I got, I would sell the stock. The word on the leptin deal is, "it is still in progress". I'll just toss this out as an idea - the deal is all but dead, and when they have some other news to offset it, they will announce it. I wish that my conversation had given me more confidence, but it didn't. If anyone else talks to IR and gets any useful information, please post it. Jim ,
