Yes, I saw that family interviewed on TV. The man was elderly, German, and traveling with his son and grandson. They delayed the flight, saying the samples had to be sent off-site to be tested. When the pilots returned (and had passed) they gave a long speech over the intercom which included derision of the man who'd asked the question. I can't help but wonder if some of the delay, not to mention the aggressiveness on the part of the pilots, wasn't done to "teach the guy a lesson". Silly, unnecessary, and, IMO, might be actionable. What do you think?
