Unfortunately, my oldest boy's teacher (who was Russian) quit in anger because she was being harassed for her sensible approach to maintaining order in the classroom. She was replaced by a nice, but clueless teacher and we pulled the kids out. We then put them in a public school with a very good reputation, and realised that our 7 year old's manners were rapidly degenerating. I started volunteering for field trips to see what was going on, and decided that the situation was hopeless. Our local school in the UK is a vast improvement, though I'm sad to say the situation here has also degenerated considerably since I spent a couple of years here as a child. Liberalism has taken it's toll every where on the prospects for children.
