Bush was pretty impressive in January 2001

with his "red light in the dashboard of the
economy" line. But he was fresh out of a crisis
meeting with spooked CEO's. I'm sure John Chambers
told him that the outlook was stormy and cloudy
at best.
Now, what I would JUST LOVE to see right now is
that same Chambers preaching the gospel to a room
full of Wall St. penguins just a few weeks
earlier, in November 2000. Are there shredding
machines for videotapes??? Better declare it a
national treasure right now.
