I think the simplest explanation of INAP's recent trading is profit-taking following a doubling from recent lows. The news of a move to Atlanta, though probably a positive for the company's business, creates more uncertainty. Many will opt for the sidelines in the face of the uncertainty.
The timing of the move sounds good in that it should minimize costs to the company, but the timing of the announcement was not so good. It stopped the rally in its tracks. Since the rumors were out and being discussed, I think the announcement was necessary, but a rally-killer.

I'm hoping to learn more about the move including the amounts and timing of moving-related expenses. Also, I'm wondering who is being cut in the employment layoffs. Taken together, these should create greater assurance that the company makes it to profitability and may move it up a quarter.

The long term picture looks great. Short term I'm still hoping for a further pullback to pick up more shares -- but I'm not holding my breath.
