Hi Ginger It looks like the surprise was that the earnings came in as projected at .09 vs. .08. I don't think it was in anticipation of an earnings surprise that convinved the insiders to but stock since the beginning of the year. Short term gains are valueless to them since they can't cassh in their chips on a short term spurt in the market price. As I pointed out on July 6th keep a sharp eye out and a keen ear pealed. Don't give up the ship. TLW
