Where are Telecoms in today's % gainers: #3 PCS, #5 Q, #7 XXIA, #8 CPTL, #21 FON, then TLK RSTN DT in the top 32, NXTL and ALA in the top 50. Those are just the ones I recognize. Must be the sector's turn, eh?
