Well, there's clearly no business to be done at this level. Unless max-pain is in total control until tomorrow's close, which I doubt, then we have two opportunities to shake this sorry mess out of its slumber: flush and put the fear of God into all the longs who bought yet another bottom or ramp it and take out some shorts? Where is the best opportunity? There are doing a fairly brisk business on the put side today, but this close to op-ex, who knows what that is. The only way I can mesh my notion that we are going sideways/up for a few weeks with my idea that we have an important low on Aug 1, is if we mess around right up until a few days before Aug 1, then plunge like fools into that date. Just rambling... I should go do something else with the rest of the day. -ng
