My experience is these people were wrong for so long as they lost money being too bearish all through the 1990's that they soured and now hate everyone. That is my experience as well. But I would go one step further. I believe that people are naturally (perhaps genetically) inclined to fall into the optimist or pessimist camp. You will never succeed in changing your makeup no matter how hard you try so you better find an investment program that fits your nature or risk continual losses.
