"If you look at the guy's rap sheet..."
Right, but most likely he was continuing to add to that rap
sheet with Tony as his partner in crime. Possible? Since
the FBI busted him I'd say that's what we're looking at. Not
that he's lying to cut a better deal for himself, although
that's part of it I'm sure.

"He didn't target honest companies. He didn't target honest people. He didn't lie about those companies. Shorting is not an immoral thing. I think just the fact that the fbi made up those things in the indictment makes the whole thing suspect."
Sure......right...... squeaky clean, this is all a set up.
ROFL!

So Tony targeted people/companies that the FBI was already
looking at? Were they innocent until proven guilty? LOL!

"SLPH said they were going to unite his enemies and take him down. Perhaps they did."
Perhaps. Perhaps he deserves to go to jail. People who are
guilty rarely go after someone in a public way. (with the FBI
involved no less) Think about it, give me a break.

"I also think he should be allowed out on appropriate bail or he won't be able to get a fair trial and he'll lose everything he has. That's is unamerican."

Un-American to confiscate ill-gotten gain? I don't think so.
