I accept all your facts.

Now would you please explain to Bill the difference between what you said and what he's saying, which is that the SEC said Bush was cleared of any wrongdoing. I don't seem to be able to get through to him. Being presumed innocent is not the same thing as being declared innocent by the investigators. Bill can say that Bush is presumed innocent until he's blue in the face. He will get no argument from me.
