Account of Punjab Rape Tells of a Brutal Society

Yep, been reading about this story for over a week, since it first surfaced. My guess is that the fact it is reported now and there is some movement from the central government to address it, means that something is ever so slightly better than in the untold number of similar such stories in which nothing is done.
