Wow things are on the move

I am starting to lose my grip on just what is going on with WCOM. First I read no BK or lawsuits for 70 days, now I read BK filing as early as next week. On top of that, ON-24 mentions Level 3 may submit a bid for the uunet dial-up business.

What gives here? Hard to imagine Mr. Sidgmore fending off an assault by a Gates/Buffet led charge.
