Dear Charles: Well, part of all this is what is known as "Posturing". In order to make the creditors negotiate I imagin they have to believe a situation might be worse for them. As to what part is posturing and what part is fact, Only God, and the Company knows for sure.
I agree with you and another poster, I see no point in selling my shares for 9 cents as I dont have thousands of shares bought for pennies. Might as well throw the dice on this one, nothing much left to lose. JDN
