You seem to have some excellent, well-thought out, organized, coherent arguments and strategies. Perhaps you should write to the defense counsel rather than cluttering this board and alerting the public here to these gems. The element of surprise could theoretically help the defense. You should offer your services to defense counsel. Weren't you the one who was talking about a fund? Your observations would probably be just as valuable as the likely funding raised here.
