OT Michael, have you ever found a good reference to the option accounting "issues." I've looked at it several times over the years and always came away not quite convinced that I understood the full ramifications entirely. With KO's recent announcement it will be moving more and more to the front page of the business section a least<g>. This is what is driving the question Message 17744338
