I agree we have not seen the bottom. My concern, most, if not all, of my friends, associates, and family are not overly concerned about the future. Some are actually losing their jobs in the software industry but remain optimistic. Some are refinancing their mortgage(s) to keep their lifestyle going. I can say none are concerned with my projections -- feeling it can never happen. Makes me feel in the minority and not wanting to talk about it. JW, SOROS, and others -- I do the research -- perhaps not as thoroughly -- as I seek to verify your opinions and projections first. But, what I see is bleak -- it scares me, so -- why so much optimism out there?
