As the size of processors shrink, heat dissipation is getting much harder--we've already seen that with the T-bred. It's going to get worse for both Intel and AMD unless they move to some more exotic cooling solutions (heat spreaders, heatpipes, closed-circuit liquid cooling, or clock-throttling) for notebook and 1U applications.
