Hi Everyone,

AIR PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIES,INC. will be at the Semi-con West Trade show this week in San Jose, CA. All shareholders who are interested are welcome to come to our booth and meet the market mamagement team and other key personnel.

Additionally, The stock has had great volume in these last few weeks and I want to thank all shareholders here in North America and in Germany. A lot of you have e-mail and ask "WHY" the price hasn't been moving proportionally to its volume. The simple answer is that we have an original institution in Switzerland that converted a Debt-for-Equity balance to stock last year. Because of changes in the management of this institution, the institution decided to take AIRP off its books. This is actually GOOD NEWS for two reasons: (1)Our company has fulfilled its obligations as a debtor. (2) It eliminates
a large shareholding of stock which has made it possible for smaller investors to take positions (perhaps before major forthcoming news announcements).

The institution have been very professional in maintaining price intigrity of our stock. Lets face it, If AIRP wasn't in good standing with this institution they would have DUMPED all 4 Millions shares at one time...You know what that would have done! So, in the last eight weeks, I have been working extremely hard to off-set the institutions selling with new buying. I understand that this institution only has about $200,000.00 US worth of stock left to sell, before todays 95,000 volume on OTCBB and the 10,000 Volume on the VSE. In my opinion, If you have been waiting to downward average or looking to become a shareholder, this probably will be a good time. I say all of this because the company' corporate status is the best since the inception of the company, 1988.(Refer to Post #269)

Thank you for your shareholder support and interest.

With Best Regards,

Rich
