Carl and Dale, I am concerned that the upcoming deadline for CEOs to certify their books (8/14?) will be an over-hang due to the potential for surprises and restatements. With all the threats of criminal action CEOs will be far more conservative than necessary. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
