I sure don't. How else do all these huge stock scams continue in broad daylight. The people running these scams have power, money and connections with the people in government. That's why they've run rampant all these years when people have been telling the fbi and sec about them every day, yelling about them on all the public message boards, even doing tons of articles about them in the media.

I believe the fbi could very easily set someone up. Look at the 911 accusations about tony. Now there's no one here who thinks there's any credence to that. No one shorted/profited from 911 as per the government's own reports yet Breen publicly states that tony had preknowledge and profited. If they can lie about that,they can obviously lie about anything.

Again, I don't have the evidence before me. Maybe tony did it. Maybe he didn't and was framed. maybe he did a few things. We must wait and see though I doubt we'll ever know for sure. This plea bargain by cleveland will make sure that tony does not receive a fair trial. The fact that they won't let him out on bail also makes sure that he won't get a fair trial. The best we will see is a compromise of power and will. I believe the outcome of the case will probably have little to do with what tony actually did or didn't do.
