According to a company release on Yahoo this AM, two more of the dissidents have agreed to support CHTL's board of directors. According to the yahoo website this document has already expired. Part of the release said that Donald Wright and Francis Phalen have "...concluded that it is in the best interest of the stockholders to resolve our differences with the company, dissolve the dissident group and support the existing management team..."
