Mary .. make up your mind - first you say that Tony might not be able to pay this lawyer and now you're saying "well, maybe he's doing it for free." Anyway, if he's the lawyer everyone thinks he is, then I'm sure he can do enough "dd" on his own - whether or not Tony is in or out of jail. And, if as you said, he likes challenging cases, then I'm sure he'll pull out all the stops to try to win this case and further enhance his reputation.
