So any defendant who is not set free on bail and given access to a large amount of funds can't get a fair trial? You should use Elgindy as a test case and get the Supreme Court to overthrow the tens of thousands of judicial proceedings that go ahead each year with less than rich defendants who don't get out on bail.

LOL, Tony had groupies like you hanging around the last time he went before a judge and ended up guilty and on his way to the federal pen. They had an equally skewed view of both him and the justice system, such as it is.

If Tony wants bail, let him fulfill the judge's conditions.

FWIW, relentless posting here won't influence Tony's potential pool of jurors. The judge would never take anyone whose views of Mr. Elgindy had been spun in advance positively or negatively here.
