Baker, other defendants out on bail why not tony? He's currently not being released because they think he is a flight risk. The others didn't have their assets seized so they could afford bail yet tony isn't allowed the same opportunity. Tony didn't commit a crime like murder and isn't penniless. People who commit crimes like murder and have no life, no family, no business, no money will probably flee as they have no reason to stay. There is another bail hearing I think. I believe the judge has requested that tony give him some financial statements as per the pacer docket. I'm sure they're doing that now. It would have been better if they were allowed this opportunity back around 5/22 so they could have complied before cleveland did his plea bargain. I'm sure the fbi gave cleveland extra incentive to plea before elgindy gets bail just to make his chances of bail lower.
