Great question. If I lived within 1,000 miles of the left coast, I would be at Semicon West right now, asking their customers, competitors, and suppliers this question. I might even ask a few SVGI employees. <GG> May I nominate Cary to take a day off from the lab to dig up the dirt at Moscone?
