Art, et. al.: Read a post on P* to the effect that this legal thing is costing them way too much money. Any comment on that and when does this scenario end? Still looking for a move up in this stock by September. Overall market may run into early tax loss selling next few weeks as people re-arrange their portfolios after the big correction.
