Btw, the good thing with the official pressreleases of Union of Soviet was that they were
very specific in repeating the same words, sentences, in the same order, year to year.
Every time they changed just the order, not even adding or deleting a sentence,
lots of analyzing were made, weeks, months and years, even decades.
On the other hand one also had to keep track of the really-really official pressrelases,
the just really official ones, and all the other ones, as well as intended or uninteded
leaks, some even more important and then the actual actions and especially the
possibly unintended results.
Btw,btw, one legal difference US-Yurope is that Yurope does not allow full legal emphasize on

- eyewitnesses
