OFF TOPIC - Mr. Aloha, I got an apartment up in Destin.

I've been all around, and I think the Destin, Fort Walton area has some of the whitest and nicest sand in the world.

Tourist flow is very seasonal, especially in June, July, and August. The winter isn't too bad. There is a decent amount of locals but the area is still really quiet. The water is definitely too cold to swim in . The mid 60's is about right.

The Destin area is growing at about 15% a year. Anyway good luck to your relatives.
