Ok, time for a gripe. I had that little plugged saliva gland cut out of my lip in April. It may be cancer so it has to be sent to the lab. Right, 6 years and it hasn't changed but Ish goes with the program. Lab wants cash up front which I pay. May 17th the lab gets $76 that's supposed to be paid to me. Now I have to chase down my $76. Dentist bill, let's round it off to $300. I pay my half, $150. Insurance pays $60 because they get a $90 discount for listing the dental office as a preferred provider. I keep getting bills for the $90 which is way illegal. I've written them twice and if I get another bill I'll pay it. Then I'll contact the Illinois Department of Insurance who WILL go through ALL their billing. That opens the door for the IRS who WILL find something wrong. I do hope they wake up.
