Everybody wants "capitulation" -- thinking that capitulation is a spike down for a few hours and then a new bull suddenly emerges. It is far more likely to take many months where down days days like today are not uncommon, and where the markets trade 20-50% lower than they are now, and where stocks like amzn fall to $2 and many of the penny stocks are si,ply delisted and are never seen again. As for "recovery" in the markets, it is likely to take many years, and will not "snap back" after capitulation. Are you still in a hurry to see capitulation?
