I'm interested in exploring the mantra that PEs need to go to a historical norm of 15 before the market is fairly valued. Does anyone have a link to data that shows that this is in fact the historical norm? Also, is this trailing or forward? TIA, pvz (trying to keep a cool head among the carnage)
